YVRA 79 Travelset

In 1979, Yvo lived in Florence. He doesn't talk about that year so much as carry it with him: the elegance of the city, the quality of everything he encountered there, the sense that good taste is something you learn by being around it.

YVRA 79 L'Essence de Présence is that year, bottled. His second fragrance, and a deliberate step into woodier territory. Not too heavy, not too obvious for Yvo's hand. Instead: guaiac wood, palo santo, sandalwood. Subtle, considered, and with a quiet depth that opens up slowly on the skin.

The same citrus brightness of 1958 is here in the opening, but it leads somewhere richer. Pepper oil and cardamom in the heart, then the woods take over: unhurried, balanced, present.

The name says it all, really. L'Essence de Présence.
